Overview
Address Beach Resort is the twin-tower high-rise on JBR beach that most people recognise from the rooftop infinity pool photos before they know its name. Two 77-storey towers linked by a sky bridge, direct beach access, and a genuine claim to fame as home to the world's highest outdoor infinity pool. It suits families and couples after a glamorous, sociable weekend rather than a quiet retreat.
On the ground there's real JBR sand, a family pool, an adult-only pool and a kids' splash pad, so nobody is stuck waiting for the rooftop. The Qix Kids Club takes children from four to eleven and buys parents a proper breakfast. The spa sits up on level 75, and there are several restaurants inside plus The Walk's cafés and shops right outside the door. It feels busy, bright and photogenic rather than hushed.
The famous rooftop pool is only open to in-house guests in the morning and carries a minimum age, so it isn't the all-day family splash pool some expect from the photos — check the hours before you build a day around it. Being on JBR's Walk means constant footfall and noise below, which some families love and others find relentless; if you want calm, this isn't it. Winter mornings by the pool are the best version of this hotel.

Eating and drinking
- The Restaurant — The all-day dining venue with an international menu, used for breakfast buffets and family meals. This is the default choice if you're not chasing a view, and children are well catered for here.
- The Beach Grill — A relaxed outdoor bar and grill by the beach with fresh seafood specialities, good for a casual lunch straight off the sand without changing out of swimwear.
- ZETA Seventy Seven — On level 77 next to the famous pool, an Asian fusion menu with panoramic Arabian Gulf and skyline views. It also runs a rooftop brunch. More of an occasion restaurant than a quick family stop.
- Mott 32 — A Cantonese restaurant with Peking duck as its signature dish, set high in the tower with views over JBR and Bluewaters. Smart casual, better suited to adults or an older family group than young children.
- OSH Del Mar — An Uzbek and Mid-Asian restaurant built around open-fire and charcoal grilling, with fresh seafood and a serious wine list. A distinctive dinner option if you want something other than the usual hotel menu.
- Pepe Trattoria — An Italian restaurant on the lobby level with a dedicated children's play area and a separate space for adults with billiards. Genuinely family-friendly, with views towards Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah.
- The Lounge — A casual spot for light bites, snacks and an all-day breakfast selection, useful for a quiet coffee away from the pool crowd or a lighter alternative to the main restaurant.
Getting there
It's a straightforward drive from anywhere in Dubai, sitting directly on JBR's Walk with Dubai Marina next door; expect roughly 35 kilometres from Al Maktoum International Airport, and a shorter run from DXB. Valet and self-parking are available on site, and given the traffic around JBR and Marina at weekends, a transfer or taxi saves the hassle of parking search on a Friday night check-in.
